Book A 1 – 12 (Pack) – £7.20
This is our earliest resource and consists of a 12 bright
colourful themed booklets of 16 pages each. It is a write-on resource which we know is well liked by those children who are using it at present in schools. The booklets cover the entire contents of the Level A and the CfE Early Level course.
Book B – £8.95
This book is used by children generally around Primary 2-3 and
follows on from our Book A. Again it is brightly coloured, full of clip art and covers the entire content of the Level B course. Along with Book C, it also covers the outcome listed for the new CfE Level 1 course. This book is spiral bound which allows young children a degree of flexibility in handling the book.
Book C – £8.95
This book is used by children generally around Primary 4-5 and
follows on from our Book B. Again it is brightly coloured, full of clip art and covers the entire content of the Level C course. Along with Book B, it also covers the outcome listed for the new CfE Level 1 course.
Book D – £8.95
This book is used by children generally around Primary 5-7 and
follows on from our Book C. Again it is brightly coloured, full of clip art and covers the entire content of the Level D course. Along with the earlier part of Book E, it also covers the outcome listed for the new CfE Level 2 course.
Book E – £8.95
This book is used by children generally around Primary 6-7 or
Secondary 1 and follows on from our Book D. Again it is brightly coloured, full of clip art and covers the entire content of the Level E course. Along with Book D, it also covers the outcome listed for the new CfE Level 2 course.
Book Eft – £6.45
This book is used by children in Secondary school who have
already attempted Level E in Primary but may have struggled with the content and require a second "bite" at it. It also follows on from our Book D. Again it is brightly coloured, full of clip art and covers the entire content of the Level E course.
Book F – £8.95
This book is used by children generally around Secondary 2
(possibly 1) and follows on from our Book E. Again has a more "grown up" feel to it and covers the entire content of the Level F course. Along with the latter part of Book E, it also covers the outcome listed for the new CfE Level 3 course. It also provides a good introduction to the Credit or the new National 5 secondary qualification.
General Book 3G – £8.45
This book, along with General Book 4G covers in depth the entire
contents of the General Course. It is also an invaluable resource which can easily be used to cover the outcomes of the new CfE National 4 course being introduced to Scottish schools. It is a pupil friendly book and is one of our biggest selling resources. We found that pupils who
struggled with the complexities of other General resources on the market, and who found the sudden change of pace and the level of difficulty too great to cope with, felt a lot more comfortable with our 3G textbook.
General Book 4G – £8.45
This book, along with General Book 3G covers in depth the entire
contents of the General Course. It is also an invaluable resource which can easily be used to cover the outcomes of the new CfE National 4 course being introduced to Scottish schools. It is a pupil friendly book and is one of our biggest selling resources. We found that pupils who
struggled with the complexities of other General resources on the market, and who found the sudden change of pace and the level of difficulty too great to cope with, felt a lot more comfortable with our 3G and 4G textbooks.
Int-2-Credit Book 1 – £9.45
This book was written as the first half of a course suitable for those pupils who would have sat either Intermediate 2 or Standard Grade Credit Maths at the end of their 4th (or in some cases 3rd) years at school. It also, along with Int-2-Credit book 2, provides an ideal book to use with pupils studying for the new CfE National 5 course being developed in schools.
Int-2-Credit Book 2 – £9.45
This book was written as the second half of a course suitable for those pupils who would have sat either Intermediate 2 or Standard Grade Credit Maths at the end of their 4th (or in some cases 3rd) years at school. It also, along with Int-2-Credit book 1, provides an ideal book to use with pupils studying for the new CfE National 5 course being developed in schools. The second half of the book consists of a wealth of revision and support materials including specimen exam papers.
Access 3 Mathematics – £9.45
This book was written for pupils who find maths difficult to comprehend. It is bright, colourful and encourages children to enjoy maths as a subject. It covers the entire content of the Access 3 course in a mature way and provides revision and assessment throughout.
Intermediate 1 – £9.45
This book was initially written to cover the S5 Intermediate 1 course which was an alternative to the S3/4 General course, but is now also being use with pupils in S3/4 and even with those in S2 and a precursor to starting the Intermediate 2, Credit or CfE National 5 course in S3. Again it is bright and encouraging, contains assessments along the way and includes a specimen exam paper.
